In 2010, we brought you a new format. In 2011, we brought you a whole new weekend! We’ve pushed back our conference dates – join us in the Washington, DC, metro area for a paradigm-shifting conference experience to kick off your summer.

This year Genetic Alliance turns 25; but June 23-26, we celebrated 25 years of innovation in the genetics and health community as a whole. Together we have come a long way! We hope that all attendees were able to use this conference as an innovation platform for the next quarter century and beyond.
Friday, we dove into daylong sessions. Participants chose between four in-depth symposia on Genetics Services, Organizational Development, Research, and Transformational Leadership to give their conference experience a powerful start.
As usual, Saturday was filled with back-to-back, thought-provoking workshops. Saturday night we held our signature Awards Dinner, honoring stellar individuals and organizations who exemplify advocacy, passion, partnership, and innovation.
On Sunday, we immersed ourselves in the world of biobanks with two concurrent sessions, Building Better Biobanks and Registry and Biobank Boot Camp. Participants were also able to participate in another Leadership daylong workshop, or enjoy the nation’s capital!
