Family Health History for Prenatal Providers

Family Health History for Prenatal Providers

FHH Illistration The Pregnancy & Health Profile is a tablet P.C.-based tool that a woman will use in the waiting room before her first prenatal healthcare provider appointment. It is designed to replace all of the paper forms that a woman must normally fill out, streamlining the patient intake process and providing patient education at the same time. Furthermore, the tool will provide clinical decision support and education for healthcare providers.
