Inside Transformation: The Anatomy of Being a Change-Maker

Inside Transformation: The Anatomy of Being a Change-Maker

Daylong Symposium: Leadership
Friday, July 16, 2010
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We are often anxious for the systems around us to function well, to yield better results, to advance a cause more dynamically. In this full day workshop, we will explore the intimate connection between the many levels of transformation: personal, organizational, communal, and global. We will begin with our own capacity for transformation and understand its power in transforming the systems around us.

Participants will be profoundly challenged to be present to their own personal leadership qualities and the barriers within that limit their expression. (We are not kidding; this will be a really challenging workshop!) Together we will take a journey through this day and learn that we—as part of the whole—can express the whole, and therefore have great influence and responsibility.

You will be accompanied on your journey by Diane Baker, Natasha Bonhomme, Gene Early, and many others who desire personal transformation. And you will be invited to bring forward your leadership—both for yourself and for the group with whom you will be traveling through this day. Come join us. A similar opportunity is also available as an option on Sunday. We will use the same process, with a different configuration of individuals.
